Preceptorship Opportunities

Are you a nurse practitioner student seeking hands-on psychiatric experience? I offer preceptorship opportunities for graduate-level students interested in adult mental health, psychopharmacology, and trauma-informed care.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years in the field of mental health, I’m committed to guiding future providers in a supportive, practical, and ethically sound environment. Students gain exposure to:

• Virtual psychiatric evaluations and medication management

• Documentation and diagnostic formulation using DSM-5

• Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care approaches

• Professionalism, boundaries, and interprofessional communication

Eligibility

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited nurse practitioner program

• Must have clinical placement approval

• Available Fridays and Saturdays (remote, telehealth-based experience)
