Dr. Sinat Aleje, DNP, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and complex mood conditions. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and provide thoughtful, clinically grounded care that prioritizes your safety, voice, and personal goals.
My approach is shaped by both clinical training and perspectives that recognize the connection between the mind, body, and lived experience. I believe meaningful healing begins when we develop awareness of internal patterns and create intentional shifts in how we think, feel, and respond.
I believe mental health care should be both scientifically grounded and holistically informed. My style is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in respect for the whole person. In addition to medication management and supportive psychotherapy, I incorporate complementary and integrative approaches when appropriate.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, tailoring care to your unique needs, values, and goals. Whether through medication, therapy, psychoeducation, or coordination with other providers, treatment is intentional and aligned with your overall well-being.
At the heart of my work is meeting you where you are, supporting you in building resilience, restoring balance, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
