Dr. Sinat Aleje, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dedicated to creating a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of experience in the mental health field, supporting adults with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and complex mood disorders. I hold a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care that prioritizes your safety, voice, and goals.

I am deeply committed to understanding the complexities of the human mind and believe in the powerful connection between mind, body, and soul. My clinical style is rooted in compassionate, collaborative, holistic, and culturally sensitive care. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, tailoring treatment plans to meet each individual’s unique needs, values, and goals. Whether through medication management, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, or coordination with other providers, I ensure care is integrated and aligned with the client’s overall health.

I believe in meeting clients where they are—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—and walking with them toward wellness at their own pace. I value transparency, trust, and shared decision-making, and I help clients understand their options and take an active role in shaping their care. My goal is to help each person not only manage symptoms but also build resilience, find balance, and achieve their fullest.
